A Lazy Sunday Afternoon...

We decided to find a proper foodie market and in London those are the farmers markets. Our nearest one is at Marylebone and its quite good, all the food has to be what the participating farmers are actually currently producing, so consequently the food is what is in season in the UK. Thus at the moment there is plenty of asparagus and the meat is actually quite good and the bacon we got was just delicious.

Oh at the markets, we also had the privilege to meet a little pug puppy called Captain, who was flaked out and trying to sleep in his mummy's arms - sooo cute!

That afternoon, we headed down to the Tate Britain, which is the proper Tate museum that has lots of traditional paintings. It was quite good, but walking around looking at art is so tiring, especially all the millions of Turner paintings that they have there. But they do have plenty of works by others, like Van Gogh, Renoir, Degas and Gauguin.
